More About Me
Journalism highlight: Meeting Joie Chen and Mary Beth Tinker at the New Vision of the Future of Press Freedom Event on Student Press Freedom Day.
Favorite movies: La La Land, Spotlight, When Harry Met Sally
Favorite food: Any kind of pasta dish!
Surprising fact about me: In 2018, I went on a rafting trip in the Grand Canyon with a friend, where I rafted over whitewater in the Colorado River for nine days, and had to complete an eight-mile hike out of the canyon at the end. (I'm not a super outdoorsy person, so this was definitely a challenge.)
Favorite hobby: I love to bake! I've made lots of my friends birthday cakes, and I definitely consider myself a foodie. I have my own food account on Instagram where I showcase food I've made or eaten. My favorite thing to bake would probably be cupcakes because they are so fun to decorate and there are so many different flavor combinations you can make.
